    Two brothers are they
    Who romp and play.
    From morning till night
    They wrestle and fight.
    Their Mother they drive to distraction!

    One hurls a toy the color of blue;
    The other bites and throws a shoe!
    One screams like a wounded banshee
    While his brother laughs with glee.
    Their Mother jumps into action.

    “Stop your fighting,
    The hitting and biting!
    Time out on the stairs,
    Till you play nicely in pairs!”
    Now Mother sips tea with satisfaction.
